To Whom It May Concern:

I recently purchased a bag of Imported Gummy Bears from a CVS located at 2800 N. High Street in Columbus, Ohio. I enjoy this product immensely and am happy to patronize CVS to indulge in this gummy treat, but upon reading the nutritional information on the back of the package, I was shocked and dismayed. According to the label, a serving size is considered to be 22 pieces and the servings per container are estimated to be “about 3”. That would mean that an ideal bag of Imported Gummy Bears would contain approximately 66 bears. The package that I purchased, however, contained a mere 47 bears. My calculations would indicate that this is a defective bag, as it lacked nearly 1 full serving.

Perhaps I was wrong to assume that the CVS “Gold Emblem” prominently displayed on the bag, boasting “premium quality” and “great value”, would also ensure an appropriate quantity of gummy bears. Regardless of semantics, I simply wish to inform you that while I am disappointed in the numeric distribution of gummy bears, I still find them to be a high-quality, delicious snack. Hopefully this problem will be corrected or I may have to find a new source for all my gummy needs.
